We appreciate your choice and would like to introduce you to the rules of accommodation that will help make your stay comfortable and safe.
Check-in is carried out from 15:00, unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out is carried out before 12:00, unless otherwise agreed.
When leaving the chalet, please inform the manager 30 minutes before departure.
Fire safety regulations must be observed during the stay.
Smoking is strictly allowed in designated areas.
Smoking tobacco products and hookahs inside the house is prohibited.
It is allowed to use only coals for barbecue.
Pets are not allowed in the chalet.
It is forbidden to bring explosive and toxic materials into the house.
It is forbidden to use pyrotechnic devices (firecrackers, fireworks, light rockets) on the territory of the chalet.
It is forbidden to move furniture or take it outside.
It is forbidden to take decorative items, interior details and other property of the chalet with you.
In case of loss or damage to property, the obligation to reimburse its value or the damage caused in full lies with the residents, as well as with the person who made the reservation.
Personal hygiene products should only be disposed of in trash bins.
We recommend that you follow the safety rules when visiting the pool and sauna.
